Monster Job search app wireframes

The project

This is a job search app that Monster government solution is currently developing. The end goal is to sell this app to different state sites. 

The problem

When I took on this project, another designer had already worked on it and there was no UX process in place when I took over. I had to recreate a styleguide, modify the look and feel, rework the flows and ask the marketing copywriter to define the brand voice and rework the copy. 

The solution

More polished UI, better mobile experience and better user flows.
